An arbitrary name chosen by Piero Castiglioni for this series of lamps, Sillaba is a small lighting object characterized by a diffuser in borosilicate glass that recalls the shape of a small mushroom. Usable both as a ceiling light and a wall-mounted fixture, it is also particularly suited for installation near mirrors or vertical surfaces, such as in bathrooms, where its compact dimensions make it a discreet yet recognizable sign within the space.
